New Habits for 2016!

Personal habit – to devote myself to my wife and kids to enjoy all my time with them focusing on all the positives and looking for solutions to any challenges

Professional Habit – to plan my day ahead and execute that plan, work smart focus on the big things and leave nothing on the table.

Health – exercise every day, choose the right food, drink at least 3 liters of water per day.

Soul – mediate for 5 minutes every day, keep focused on the positive and don’t get dragged into conversations with people who like negative talk, take the higher road and turn those conversations around.

Small little habits every day will become a new lifestyle of health wealth and happiness… It takes time to build a successful life – never give up
